Working with Marc (Ottawa DJ) was absolutely wonderful. He was our DJ and MC for our wedding. He was incredibly quick to respond to any communications before the event, and offered the most reasonable rate for the services we were seeking. He took all of my music recommendations and requests very seriously, playing favourite song after favourite song, and got all our guests (of all ages and backgrounds) on the dance floor. The stereo system and lights were a wonderful addition to setting the mood. He was early to set up, and was right on schedule for every announcement. Marc was an absolute hit at our wedding reception! I wanted a mix of current hits and timeless classics, and he delivered beyond my expectations. Marc was great. He had everyone up and dancing on the dance floor all night long. He played something for everyone and loved the fact we could text in our requests. He even brought karaoke equipment incase we wanted another option to add into our night.

We spoke on the phone to discuss needs and ideas, and I quickly became confident that he understood the vibe we were looking for - a testiment to his experience. After a particularly successful year our company leadership decided to spring for a fairly decadent end of year holiday party. We planned everything from catering, drinks, hotel accommodations and everything else you could think of to make this an event to remember for our employees. We knew we needed music and hired Marc on the recommendation of a friend. What we expected was some traditional Christmas music as background noise for the meal. What we didn’t expect was that the music would be the defining piece of the evening that made it a smash! Marc had everyone dancing the whole night! No kidding- non stop.
